[FLOW3-core] Give a hand testing the installer

Hi guys

we need some reviews for the latest composer changes that uses the stock
installer instead of our own fork.

Since composer uses the info from the git repo's, extra branches have
been made to test this.

Here is how to test:

Create a new a Flow project by running

composer create-project --dev --stability dev \
typo3/flow-base-distribution installer-test dev-composer

Then test that the installation is behaving as expected, run the test etc.

Try installing some other flow-packages to see if they end up correctly
and can be enabled, run etc.
