[FLOW3-core] RFC: Replacing package.xml with composer.json

Hi Julle,

just have a look at FLOW3's package.xml. There you'll find dependencies for system requirements (like php version) and for other packages (like Doctrine or Fluid). For the ordering only the package constraints are used, of course.

Good to know! The dependencies are indeed already a part of the composer
manifest, so that should be easy.

Do you have examples of packages declaring this?
