[FLOW3-core] Documentation Rendering and Updates

All history of the FLOW3 docs is in FLOW3/Documentation.git and 
FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.FLOW3Documentation.git, so this is would all be 
lost (as it's added in 1 commit to the FLOW3 package).

But tbh... No way around that probably... Unless a script is used to 
recommit the entire history, which might be too much effort to be worth 
it...
