[FLOW3-core] Documentation Rendering and Updates

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to let you know that Rens and I implemented some
recently-discussed changes on documentation rendering.

Beforehand, documentation and rendering were both mixed up inside the
"Documentation" package.

Now, the documentation rendering toolchain is inside TYPO3.DocTools, and
the documentation
resides inside the packages themselves. This means, you can find the
FLOW3 documentation from
the website inside TYPO3.FLOW3/Documentation.

Furthermore, Rens and I improved the documentation rendering a little,
making it also possible to
render standalone documentation. This can be done using:

./flow3 documentation:render --format html

The change is effective immediately.

@Team / Karsten: We now have to remove a few git repositories which are
not needed anymore. These are:
- FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.FLOW3Documentation.git
- FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.TYPO3Documentation.git
- FLOW3/Documentation.git
