[FLOW3-core] Restructuring JavaScript files in Resources/Public

Hey everybody,

Rens proposed a structure for restructuring Resources/Public in
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/10855 -- and I think it makes sense to do
this restructuring directly after the migration to Ext JS 4 currently
being done.

That's why I'd like to set up a meeting to discuss the new structure and
polish it.
