[FLOW3-core] Willing to help in development

Hi guys,

I was doing a GSoC project for FLOW3 (I18n / L10n) and now I think I'm
ready to contribute to the project on long term as much as I can. I
hope you still need help. If you do, please provide me some tasks I
should focus on.

Should I continue my work on I18n / L10n? If so, did you review the
code and have some guidelines how this part of the framework should
look like, what should be changed, removed, etc? And of course, which
features should be added next? :-)
