[FLOW3-core] Use FLOW3 with Nginx

Hi Thomas,

You should be able to use them when you create a model which incorporates a 
file upload.
When creating a link to such a resource, the link is placed to 
_Resources/Persistent/<some sha1 hash>

the FLOW3 manual [1], more specific in 7.5 Resource Publishing
