We'll have a Gerrit (http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/) instance for code  
review, acting as git repsitory for the start. Later we'll add a read-only  
native git server to take load off Gerrit.

As for the timeframe, current plan is to move FLOW3/Phoenix to git within  
three weeks...
