[FLOW3-core] Testrunner Error

Hi!
I am getting an error when i want to run "all the tests" in the web
testrunner:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in
/var/www/phpappliance/admin/application/Packages/Framework/FLOW3/Tests/Unit/MVC/View/JsonViewTest.php
on line 256

When i choose an other package than FLOW3 the tests all working and are
green.
