Hello Christian Ehret,

I faced this same issue today for one of our task and finally used the $GLOBALS['TYPO3_DB']->exec_DELETEquery('tx_abc_table_name', 'field_1=3 AND field_2="some value" ') method, it resolved for me.

You can refer to TYPO3 wiki for Extension_Developers_Guide and search for exec_DELETEquery
