[Flow] Anyone using mittwald to host a flow project?

Hi,
I know that's a really old E-Mail - but how would you use Surf to do this?
Deploy the changes to the local dev system and then using Rsync to move the
files to the live server and executing ./flow doctrine:migrate afterwards
and the smoke tests?
I'm also using Mittwald to host passcreator and I'm currently planning on
moving to Surf for deployment.
