Thanks a lot for investigating.. At the moment I don't understand why 
this shouldn't work in Production context, but this is a very very nasty 
bug of course..

I'm currently quite busy but if someone could turn this into a ticket on 
jira.typo3.org with steps-to-reproduce I'll look into it and try to fix 
it for 3.0!
