[Flow] Routes arguments

Hey guys,

My Routes works perfekt, but not with arguments:

I get: http://domain.com/privat/show?privat%5B__identity%5D=3fca077a-4e94-44f0-d5c9-57eb79132097

Can I change this with Routes to this:
I get: http://domain.com/privat/eintrag1.html 
?

I have tested this, but it does not work
