[Flow] how to upgrade from flow 2.1 to 2.2 / 2.3

Hi Robin,
 
I dont know how to do this.
 
If I execute: git clone git://git.typo3.org/Flow/Distributions/Base.git
it creates an Base-directory with an Build-Directory in it with following files:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1134 Feb 20 10:24 create-branch.sh
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 3531 Feb 20 10:24 create-changelog.sh
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 2553 Feb 20 10:24 set-dependencies.sh
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Feb 20 10:24 Surf
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1328 Feb 20 10:24 tag-release.sh

Now.. how I can checkout tag 2.3 ??
