[Flow] Best practice/Tutorial for creating Flow Packages from Libraries

Highly recommend Famelo.PDF.
In our application we had some custom formats (printing address labels
for example with a label printer) and Marc Neuhaus had updated
Famelo.PDF even before I could blink my eyes :-)
