[Flow] how to upgrade from flow 2.1 to 2.2 / 2.3

I mean your Models in Vendor.Package/Domain/Model/Example.php

I suggest that you backup your packages in a separate directory and try 
to execute ./flow flow:cache:clear -f

Then move the Packages back to your Packages Directory in 
Packages/Application and execute ./flow doctrine:validate
