try removing the contents of Data/Temporary, e.g.

$ rm -r Data/Temporary/*

This is always a good idea after an upgrade to force Flow to recompile all proxy classes and such.

An additional note: I see you executed ./flow as root. I assume your webserver or PHP processes don't run as user root. This often leads to problems with file permissions, if console user and webserver user are not the same but try to write the same files. The user www-data or apache may not write files owned by root if you do not adjust their permissions. Therefore, I recommend running ./flow commands as the user your webserver is running as (you can find out which user this is from phpinfo()). To do this, you can use su or sudo, depending on your system:

$ sudo -u USER -s

or

$ su USER

(replace USER with the user of your webserver).

Now, this error occurs:

The webpage isn't reachable since updating. There is a blank page and no
error-log from apache is written.
