[Flow] how to upgrade from flow 2.1 to 2.2 / 2.3

OK, thanks.
After removing several other packages the update was successful. Thanks for
this!

Now, this error occurs:
root at websrv:/var/www/flow3/green# ./flow help
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method
TYPO3\Flow\Monitor\FileMonitor::createFileMonitorAtBoot() in
/var/www/flow3/red_dev/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Flow/Classes/TYPO3/Flow/Core/Booting/Scripts.php
on line 401

The webpage isn't reachable since updating. There is a blank page and no
error-log from apache is written.

I'm so sorry for engaging you.. :(
