Sorry, one more question for my understanding.

Can you tell me, why the validator is only called
by controller and not from model/class if
I perform a @Flow\Validate(...) there (s. my original post)?

As I can read in the manual it says:
"However, it is a rather rare use-case that a validation rule needs to be defined only in the controller."
