[Flow] Announce: TYPO3 Flow 2.2.0-beta4

Hi all,

we just released TYPO3 Flow 2.2.0-beta4, the changelogs for this release 
can be found on [1].

This is mainly a bugfix and cleanup beta preparing for the final release 
of Flow 2.2 and Neos 1.1.
