[Flow] Is there a way to get the roles stored in the database to be synced with the Policy.yaml files?

Hi,

when i delete a role in one of my Policy.yaml files, it doesn't seem to 
carry over to the database. Old roles will stay there until forever and 
beyond. The only thing that works seems to write an migration to remove 
them. Is there another way to sync those two?
