[Flow] File Upload Test

Have the same problem here and no idea how to test it...
A real life example would be awesome!

Any Idea how to proof that an uploadAction works?
Sending request per curl? But to what? Host isnt realy available.
Anybody did something like this already?
Or is this totaly nuts?
