[Flow] TYPO3 Flow Login and Registration - best practices?

That's not 5 different solutions, but 5 implementation of the same solution.

For a login/logout controller, you must create a controller based
on TYPO3\Flow\Security\Authentication\Controller\AbstractAuthenticationController

For the registration, you need a simple controller, you can use the
AccountFactory to create account object and the AccountRepository to
persist to database.

Flow offer all the building blocks and based on your application
requirement you must build your dedicated login/signin form

Bests,
