No. As nobody of the members complained at the corresponding general 
assemblies.

The paragraph could be changed in:

"Purpose

The TYPO3 Association serves the TYPO3 community and their TYPO3 
software projects that are released under a open source licence *).

In order to finance its activities the TYPO3 Association collects funds 
through membership fees and donations for its projects.

The TYPO3 Association is neutral with respect to politics and religion."
