Well, these chapters more or less state what I already knew and (at 
least thought so) also brought up here.

MIT: "If your goal is that your code be accessible by the greatest 
possible number of developers and derivative works"

GPL: "... emphasize the specific reasons your project chose the GPL ..."

I still think, we need to (more) clearly express what our goals are with 
CLA and/or GPL or not.
