[Flow] RFC: Drop CLA for Flow and Neos

Hi there,

I'd also like to see an online checkbox version of the CLA since I wanted to contribute a few times now and was confused by the necessary steps to publish my code...

I'm totally used to the github style of contributing (fork > pull request. done.). If you feel like needing additional steps, then at least make them as fast and easy as possible.

The problem with your hard numbers is: you won't get them because if someone didn't contribute because it took too much time / was too complicated then I guess he won't take the time to complain about that.

Kind regards,

Aimo

Couldnt you just add something like "When you contribute, you aggree to
our CLA" so you dont have the hassle of filling out stuff.
