[Flow] Make sure the right context is used

Hi,

I've upgraded to Flow 2.0.2 today and noticed that the Development Context
seemed to be active because the Settings.yaml from the Development folder
was loaded.
I've uncommented the line in the htaccess file:
SetEnv FLOW_CONTEXT Production

Do I have to do anything else?
How can I make sure that the production context is used?
