[Flow] Policies in different Packages

Hi Aske,

thanks for your quick answer. I know about the extension of roles, but the main problem of this solution is also, that I receive ALL roles via the policy manager and can't automatically filter out the non-useful ones. 

In this case I would also receive and see all the roles from my main package, although I only need to see the extended ones from my additional packages. In addition, the main package must be functional without the additional packages. There may be dependencies from additional packages to the main package, but not vice-versa.

I can't imagine a solution without touching the original framework code. You know what I mean?
