[Flow] Upgrading to Flow 2.1?

Hi all,

sorry about that, we are a bit behind and didn't come around properly 
announcing Flow 2.1 yet. We will do that ASAP together with the change 
log and everything.

But indeed there shouldn't be any breaking changes. We added the 
TYPO3.Eel package to the base distribution now, but it is basically only 
used for the new Views Configuration (which is already documented).
