[Flow] Access denied Exception instead of WebRedirect

I defined some methods and roles in the Policy.yaml and defined a entryPoint as "WebRedirect" to my login action in Settings.yaml. When trying to access a method that is denied via Policy.yaml I get an access denied exception instead of a redirect to my login. Is there anything else I have to define? 
I found this http://forge.typo3.org/issues/33055#change-197950 and wonder if this the same problem and how to fix this.
