[Flow] Missing part in the doc Part II: Getting Started - SetupController::indexAction() doesn't save anything

Hi all,

I just finished *The Definitive Guide* for Flow - OMG guys, this 
framework is awesome! Thank you for it and god bless anyone who 
contributed to it.

Somebody already mentioned it: part II Getting Started, chapter 
Controller 
(http://docs.typo3.org/flow/TYPO3FlowDocumentation/TheDefinitiveGuide/PartII/Controller.html) 
should have a note, that for safe requests nothing will be saved untill 
you call $this->persistenceManager->persistAll();

It took me a while to actually figure it out and it might be 
frustrating to newcomers.

BTW what is the right place to file an issue in such cases? Is it the 
http://forge.typo3.org/projects/package-typo3-flow or there's a 
dedicated project for that documentation?
