Thanks for contributing and sorry for the lack of feedback. With the 
ever growing list of (partly unfinished) review requests sometimes they 
just get lost and the contributor needs to raise the communities 
awareness - just like you did now ;)

Not at all. But feel free to vote yourself if you think a patch is ready 
to be merged. If you update the commit message (you can do so in gerrit 
directly) this can be merged.
