[Flow] Lowercase Vendor Namespaces

Hi List,

I currently set up a new project using foo/Core as namespace.
Now using custom ViewHelpers just didn't work (using them results in a blank page instantly), while everything else works fine.
Something made me feel like it's the lowercase namespace making troubles here.

So my question: ist there any enforcement on flow's side to use UpperCase vendor names?

Since flow is a composer package and composer itself has lowercase as default, that'd make me wonder...
