[Flow] Writing a ViewHelper that acts similar to a section

Hell together,

here is a pretty basic thing i wanna do.

If I have any JavaScript in my Templates, I want them to be added to the
header of my Layout. (Or Maybe render them into a seperate JS File).
However, to achieve this, i need to make sure that my viewhelpers inside my
templates are executed before those that are inside the layout.

Is there any way to achive this?
