[Flow] Beginner question

Good morning,

I have Flow installed and can run:

$ ./flow help

some very easy, I hope, questions:

(1)
How do I find out what version I have? Something like
$ ./flow --version
?

(2)
How do I update to the latest version of Flow, for example now
that 2.3 is out?

(3)
Where should I find this questions answered online?
