[Flow] Vagrant setup

Dear list

Does anybody develop TYPO3 Flow or CMS in a git+composer+vagrant
environment?
Where do you clone the source of the project?
What IDE do you use?

I am looking for some guidance in order to setup a shared development
environment between several developers in my agency. I am quite sure that
Vagrant will respond to our concerns... but I have still some troubles to
understand the whole architecture...
