[Flow] FYI: Buggy argument mapping in master + fix

Hi all,

the HTTP components change that has been merged into master 22 days 
ago[1] unfortunately introduced a regression that can lead into invalid 
merging of routing- and request arguments.
A fix is in review since 7 days but still needs some votes:
