[Flow] Flow and RTE (maybe Aloha)?

Our implement is really basic we instantiate Aloha on text area element (with a specific CSS class to disable Aloha for some text area).
We use require.js to wrap all our javascript. This documentation is a good start:
http://www.aloha-editor.org/#howto
As we use only on text area we rely on form submission for saving the edited content. No advanced integration like in Neos, with AJAX saving.
The difficult part with Aloha is building Aloha it self, or developing custom JS plugin. But it’s important to spend time on the API, because you do a lot with this editor.
Hope that help,
Bests,

Hi Dominique
Good to know that there are experienced implementations :)
Could you maybe share some more input how you have it in your project "concretely"?
Thank you and best regards
