[Flow] Tags as a model

Hi Dominique,

As I'm trying to figure out Flow I have no problem with building a 
custom package to test this magic. But, I really do need a start on 
building this type of relation. The basic is universal (relating a model 
to multiple others) but I have no clue on how to implement it.
