[Flow] Tags as a model

Hi all,

In my search on how certain things would work in Flow I thought of 
tagging. I'd like to have a list of tags that I can relate to multiple 
models (person, organization, project, etc).

What would be a good way to implement this? For instance, I'd like get 
all entities that have a certain tag attached. As a keyword I found 
polymorphic relations. Now I'm not sure it this is right, and I have no 
clue on how to implement it in case it is right.

Who can help me with some insights?
