As an addition to Dominique's Post,

disclaimer: a) I have no actual idea how Zend and Symphony really are
b) I have, I would say, a very very good knowledge of Flow.

From what my *impression* is, Symphony is a bit more advanced in terms
of getting usual Web Development stuff done, it seems to bring just more
"functionality".

On the other hand, Flow is a really really powerful *Framework* which
brings a well codebase with it, and, it's really good in just having
"one best practice" (which I always like very much). It's not a "you
have the tools, do it as you want"; but it's a "best is to do it that
way" in many cases.

And, I myself chose Flow back in the days because of the TYPO3 Label,
and it was a very good choide I don't regret in any way.

Best,
Adrian
