[Flow] Own Constant into YAML Configuration

What is the recommended approach to get environment parameters into the 
YAML configuration to be used like a FLOW constant?

Example:
	Environment:
		export MY_CONSTANT=bla

	Settings.yaml:
		ACME:
		  parameter: %MY_CONSTANT%
