[Flow] Announce: Flow 2.2.0-beta2

Hi all,

we just tagged TYPO3 Flow 2.2.0-beta2 in git. It is available via 
composer now. Release notes are to be rendered soon.

We currently have no more open changes for 2.2.0 so please test the beta 
and let us know if you find something.

A 2.2.0 final release will probably happen together with Neos 1.1 in the 
next 2-3 weeks.
