[Flow] Trouble with executing Flow

I searched all env and conf I could get, but could not find where this 
comes from:

Execution of subprocess failed with exit code 255 and no output. The 
erroneous command was: FLOW_ROOTPATH='/home/awu/htdocs/lallf/' 
FLOW_CONTEXT='Development' XDEBUG_CONFIG='idekey=FLOW_SUBREQUEST 
remote_port=9001' "/usr/bin/php" -c '/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini' 
'/home/awu/htdocs/lallf/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Flow/Classes/TYPO3/Flow/Core/../../../../Scripts/flow.php' 
'typo3.flow:core:compile'

It would be great, if anybody could give me a tip or assumption how I 
might fix this. I'm now concerned with blind coding, because I cant 
check, what I'm doing... ;=)
