[Flow] Could not merge object error?

Hi all,

I have a process where I import data from files into a Flow database 
which now fails with the following error:

Could not merge object of type 
"Cobweb\Monitoring\Domain\Model\Monitoring" [1297778180]

I can't find any further information. What is this error supposed to 
mean? Where should I start looking?

The same works fine on my development system.

I'm running Flow 2.0, my doctrine migration status is ok and 
doctrine:validate is also fine.
