[Flow] Linux Beginner > Can't access ./flow

Than it runs:

TYPO3 Flow 2.0 ("Development" context)
usage: ./flow <command identifier>


But apt-get install php5-cli says:
php5-cli ist schon die neueste Version.

So it seemed to be already installed.

Aditionally with php flow I get an ugly message (I need to work on 
Oracle DB):

PHP Warning:  Module 'oci8' already loaded in Unknown on line 0
