[Flow] Cache PDO Backend and cache tables

Hallo,

I'm just trying out the pdo backend instead of filebackend.

I had to make base tables (cache and tags) myself, shouldn't this be 
automatic if they are not already made?

Also there seems to be only these "base tables", as the flow error message 
called them. Does that mean I can have more specific tables, one for each 
cache?

If so how can I tell flow to use a different table? Maybe cache_cache1, 
cache_cache2 etc?

Currently all the caches use the same cache table, or is it supposed to be 
like this?
