[Flow] Get a Resource Object by it´s ResourcePointer

Hi folks,
I want to pass a string of resource pointers to remove to my action, where I explode the string and want to remove the resources. I can not find a way to get the resource for each pointer in my string. How do I solve this problem? Is there a better way than using the pointer? I am not able to pass the whole resource object as the action is called via JavaScript.
