how did you define the properties? Double check how/whether you used
mappedBy="..." and cascade={"persist"}.

no idea, have you tried? Do you need always exactly five? Otherwise, why
don't you offer the chance to create as many form input field as a user
may need (just by some JS)?

I have never used Oracle. Sorry, I am unable to help.
