[Flow] PHP warning on welcome screen with FLOW 2.0.0-beta(1-3)

hi guys, 

i was just trying to setup a new project with flow 2.0.0-beta3 and am getting a php warning on the welcome screen. it seems that the cache is missing one file (all other files in Flow_Object_Class seem to be in place). 

here's part of the warning:  

Warning: include_once(/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/tutorial/Data/Temporary/Development/Cache/Code/Flow_Object_Classes/TYPO3_Flow_Error_Exception.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/tutorial/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Flow/Classes/TYPO3/Flow/Cache/Backend/SimpleFileBackend.php on line 272

is this a known issue or misconfiguration from my side? I'm running on a local MAMP installation with PHP 5.3.2 and followed the installation steps from the website. 2.0.0-beta2 und -beta1 have the same behaviour. FLOW3-1.1.0 works fine.

Any ideas?
